Default Road race a ram this weekend?

I have the chance to get on a road race track this weakend. I would love to do it in my ram but at the same time I don't want to break my work truck that just hit 200k. It's my birthday this weekend so my girlfriend will probably let me take her 2012 Sentra but the only cool thing about that car is the cvt. However if anyone in the Dallas area thinks they can lower and align my truck in a hour or two then they can take it around the track a few times as well.

Umm, there's nothing cool about a cvt.

And after 7 years as an engineer for Nissan, there isn't much cool about a Sentra.....

^Yeah, that.

Quite frankly, they suck even more than an auto.

I'd love to take the ram over anything fwd but the ram it's to far from ready and I could always get a rental car instead.

"TECH REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VEHICLES ON THE TRACK
-seat belts in good working order
-structural integrity - no loose body parts
-windshield - no cracks
-Mirrors - in good working order
-gas cap - in good working order
-fluids - no leaks of any kind
-battery - properly secured
-engine - in good condition
-belts - in good condition
-brakes - rotor and pads above minimum thickness
-brake fluid - in good condition
-lighting - all external car lighting in working order
-pedals - in good working order
-tires - no cracks or flaws, minimum 3/32 tread
-wheels - no cracks, all lugs in good working order
-wheel bearings - in good working order
-suspension - no excessive play in good working order
-steering - in good working order

NO HELMET IS NEEDED.

CONVERTIBLES DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ROLL BAR.

ALL MUST SIGN WAIVERS AND HAVE INSTRUCTION."

My rear tires probably won't pass, the rubber in the ends of my rear shocks is gone, my windshield is cracked and my valve covers leak slightly. I am tempted to lower the truck a little, enough that It makes it easier to get to my ladder and tool box but still be able to haul a load. If I fix all the small stuff the next time I get a chance for a free track day I'll be ready.
