Yeah cutting the frame, cut 16" out right behind the cab and cut about 4" off the back, but I'm going to use a rollpan so the cut on the back doesn't have to be exact.

Question what's the biggest tire I can run in the front, I want to run either 18's or 20's, preferably 20's. But, I can't find any tires that are small enough to run 20's and still be load E rated.
As far as height it's stock height, if anything, I would lower the rear to level it.
I would like to drop the front a little too, but I'll NEVER find tires.

You could always run big rig wheel/tires.

Well, I was hoping to start the project today, but wasn't able to. We had to go deliver some axles my friend sold.

When I do the project I can't decide if I want a stack or not. If I do a stack on the truck I'm thinking a single black 8"
But, so I don't cut a hole in my good short bed, I decided to use my exhaust tip (which is 5" and pretty long) as a stack for a week so I cut a hole in my long bed that I don't care what happens to it. So we are planning on doing that tomorrow.

I think these trucks can get away with 1 short stack.... Just my opinion.

If you want to do the stacks do a single 8 inch offset stack..

That's my plan, but for a week I'm going to run my 5" exhaust tip as a stack because I already have it, so I can see how I like driving with a stack.
This way I drill a hole in a bed I don't care about and all I have to buy is some flex pipe.

This is gunna be unique! Can't wait for it to be finished. IMHO I think a 7" single stack offset looks the best, 8's for some reason look just a little too big when I look at them but its your truck go for it and goodluck!

I put the stack on Monday night and drove all week with it, even thought it was fun, I don't think I'm going to run a stack on the short bed, just going to straight pipe it.
And I took a few pics of the truck today and one of the stack itself so you can see our "beautiful" work. I really didn't care how the stack looked for a week, I was doing it as cheap as I could with as much parts as I had.

and one more, both my trucks together right before I took off the black rims and 33's and put the stick wheels and tires one to sell it.
