ok whats wrong? how did you get that sweet of a deal?

 

My buddy works at the wrecking yard and he let's me know when ever 2nd generation rams come in and if I want him to grab anything before they put it the yard for anyone. He usually get really Good prices so when he said this 2500 came in I jokingly asked what he could get the axles for and when he told me 200 for the pair and he would even pull them for me and deliver them. I was like ok can't say no.

 

You got a hell of a deal, but I agree with others about regearing before installing them in your truck. It is a lot easier to set those gears up when your not laying under it.

 

In that other post of mine there is a 60/70 set of 4.88 plus some other stuff for $300 (not my parts listing).

 

Ya I seen that but not much of a guy to deal with people that far unless it's on ebay so you have a record of the transaction.
