there are some polishes to clear up the lens and add some life back to the lites...save some money

Thats what I did, $20 for a kit from wallyworld. Makes them good as new, or look on you tube for vids on how to clear them up yourself without a kit.

I had some pretty far gone headlights on a couple of cars I have used the stuff on. Brought them back.

The ones on my Dodge were to far gone, that's why I replaced them. I cleaned the headlights on my BMW and that only bought me some time. I'll have to replace the lenses on it this summer.

Same here. I used 3 or 4 different headlight restoration kits, nothing would work.

if that is the problem your seals/gaskets are leaking and water is getting in behind the lens...polish would not work. get new seals/gaskets or replace the entire enchilada. i had no condensation but really dull lenses which polished up real nice...i did by some time thank you very much. later i'll probably have to replace the whole headlight when i get condensation behind the lens.

My passenger one does the same thing. I just drilled 1/4" holes in them and it kinda helps out a little bit.
