Personally I think you need to take some time to learn a bit about your truck on your own before you jump headfirst into an SCT tuner with custom tunes.

I'm using canned tunes, they ask for the gear ratio regardless.

Under "describe" just ask for a build sheet for your truck. Takes a day or 2.

But there's also a chance a PO could have had the gear ratio changed too...
