Timing set if you haven't done so already.
And since you'd be replacing the timing set, replace the water pump too.

Water pump was already replaced a few thousand miles ago. Where can I get the timing set?

Any auto parts store, rockauto.com, etc... There's a Discount Code thread for rockauto.com in the GD Section btw...
