Had the tranny rebuilt in my 98 Ram by a local shop, Budget Transmission (how can you say budget and transmission in the same sentence?)....Any way I got the RV build and RV converter...WoW! No comparison. Towed my Dakota to the track like it wasn't behind me.

2300 bills, 3 year parts and labor warranty.

Worth it? I had no choice, so yes it was.

 

Well the transmission is worth more than the truck now

 

Funny how that works..only 130K on the clock it and it's not worth anything if it gets totaled.
