Are the lights that are currently in the bumper factory foglights? If so you're going to have to run a new switch for the KC's to work.

they are not the factory fog lights.

Great! Then you have nothing to worry about. Yank those suckers out and drop in the Kc's.

looks like a LMC bumper, will look way better with lights that fit the hole
