Angry Hit a deer.....

Glad I was in my truck...doing 45 mph he came out at a full sprint with no time to react. I have a bull bar, but as luck would have it he hit front left fender only.

Only damage was to the bumper guards-both top and bottom cracked, along with the grille.

Anyone remove/re-install these before? Any tips or trips to not break the stupid tabs on the new ones?

are you talking about the black plastic covers, and/or the front plastic valence thingy. to remove them without breaking, get your eyes and hands behind the bumper and squeeze/wiggle the plastic catches out of the holes in the bumper. do one at a time and hope for the best. to install new plastic, simply push the tab into the bumper hole and it will catch.
