fedex vs rockauto
So today my final box of my rockauto order arrived via fedex. The driver asked and waited for me to check the contents as the box was trashed. There was a rotor missing 1 of 4 in the order. Lol. I refused the shipment so now the wzit begins for someone to make it right...
On the bright side those where for the wifes exploder. My mirror and both headlights forthe ram arrived separately and are fine!

I'm very selective on what I will order online from rock auto. Rotors I'll just pay a few dollars more and buy from my local parts place. Rock auto is a volume seller, not really concerned about packaging. If I wanted rotors online, I'd buy from a place that sells brake parts and understands how to package them, like brake performance. Shipping companies dont give a crap. Ever marked something "fragile" and shipped it? Good thing is, rock auto has good customer service, I'm sure they will make it right.

I've bought some stuff from rock auto. And never had a problem.
Most of it was bal joints,u joints and the like so pretty hard to damage that in shipping. Especially when you get moog!!
I did have to return one u joint because a cap had a crack in it. And they promptly sent me replacement. They have great hassle free customer service
