HI, just a little tidbit here. I recently replaced my windshield washer pump with a unit I purchased on-line. Trico 11-514. The pump was an exact replacement. The rubber washer to seal the pisser pump to the tank however was not a good fit. It was about 1/8" too small, so I re-used the original seal washer, inserted the new pump and it is liquid tight and works great. A comment on this site and the pic. I have an 02' 2500, but this site would say it is 3rd generation. The pic in the 3rd gen is NOT what my truck looks like. My truck looks like a 2nd gen pic.

 

From what I understand they had leftover sencond gen cabs in 03 and only the 1500s were third gens for awhile

 

Yea, 2500/3500 trucks didn't get the true 3rd Gen body style for a year or two after the change.

They are hybrids though...

 

that explains some confusion by some parts places I've had in the past........... "are you sure you own an 02'?? '', ya, I'm sure....... for example, I got a new battery for my truck this past fall, and when I got home it didn't fit. Then they told me there are 2 options for my truck.......
