My radiator developed a leak lower driver side of the radiator. At first I thought it was the drain petcock but upon closer examination I could see that it was leaking where the aluminum and the plastic meet on the lower corner. The removal was pretty straight forward, remove the upper and lower hoses, take coolant reservoir off( it slides up and out of two slots) remove the two bolts holding the rad to the frame and the four bolts holding the fan shroud to the rad. Then remove the upper transmission coolant line it's threaded on but the lower line called for a trip to the auto parts store. It has a quick connect line for which I didn't have the tool. Luckily it is threaded male and female at one end and the quick connection is at the radiator. I took the radiator with the hose attached to the parts store and the associate open one of the quick disconnects and did it for me in the store. He said no need to buy something you'll probably never use again. But just to let you all know it takes a 3/8 quick disconnect.
