I have a 2001 Dodge Ram Sport Off edition and I've been thinking about doing a 4th gen bumper swap. I found a bumper for $200 but I wanna know how hard it is to install since I know it requires new brackets and if those brackets work on a sport off road. Including the brackets and fog light install what would my final cost and total work amount be?

I know its been done and I've googled it before, I just couldn't find a specific place where someone gave a detailed project description so was hoping to talk to someone who has personally done it. Figured that was what the forums were for. Guess not.

 

Did you join that forum and ask the member for help? I am sure the guy that did this swap would more than be happy to help you and he made a DIY on how to do it. The thread is called "good to know a guy" yes its a **** name for a bumper swap thread.
