Couple questions before tuning my truck

Yeah, well, I already own a tuner, I would just need to get a tune for it, so I'd be paying $125 for a tune, not $500. I don't want to put money into gears / axles unless I had to, but if I do, that might be the route to go.
The truck is actually pretty straight for the mileage. The front bumper sags a bit (previous owner hit a fence with it, and the support rod is bent). I have a rod to fix that, I replaced the hood and bumper that were damaged, didn't do the rod for some reason... Under the truck, there is no rust! It looks like it was just painted under there. Rust is very minimal on the body, but I'm fixing that this weekend, previous owner put a tranny in it. I had a bunch of left over stuff from my last Dodge, so I put the parts on this truck. The interior is clean, 2 small cracks on the dash, exterior is good except for the few things I mentioned.
