LMC has a few different grills.

 

No they do not. None that look like what I'm looking for. And if they do it's for 02 and up. Can anyone else help point me in the correct direction? Please look at the link I posted before replying.

I did... the provided link is to a post about a rather expensive custom made grill insert, not a complete store bought grill.
LMC do have a variety of grills for '94-'02 trucks... four styles in fact.
This in particular looks like it would certainly be a good starting point for what you're trying to achieve, and it's ~1/5 the price.

Like others did in your linked thread, make a mesh insert, and you're good to go.
Maybe there's a bug screen that would work?

In answering your inquiry, we're pointing you towards potential sources so you can solve your own problem, we are not doing all the research for you and handing you a finished how-to package... if you're not willing to do a little leg work yourself, you can't expect the members here to go out of their way and do it all for you... there's some old saying about getting more with honey than vinegar, but I think you get the idea.

Just for grins, I went back and read the entire thread, not just the post you linked to, and in doing so I saw it mentioned that the grill you referenced was from Royalty Core... a quick google search for "royalty core" comes up with;
