Default Grill lights

Was riding through town and a Ford (ew) raptor was behind us, kinda like the way the three lights in the grill were. Would it look stupid on our trucks, or would it like stick out too much?
Of I could do it I'd like to be able to keep the bulbs flush

Was thinking about drilling though the grill and putting them in from the front, but that takes away from being flush

That's the first thing I wanted to do when I got my 97. Had done the same thing on my Dakota but it had a radiator support just behind the grill to mount them to. I suppose you could fabricate a plate or something to mount behind the grill for lights.

You could design a bracket to mount to the grille bracket
