I have a 96 1500 club cab and I want to have at least a 12 inch sub maybe sometime in the future and I want to be able to use my back seat without having to remove the boxes any suggestions!

This guy makes a really good product. He got his start making boxes for F-Bodies (Camaro / Firebird) back in the late 90s and I have had a few of them. My best friend had this box in his 2001 Dodge 1500 and it was great! This is the box I plan on getting for mine one day.

 

I thought there was some kind of difference in the 01 and 96 amazon says they won't fit or something

 

As far as I know, the box interchanges.

 

I have the JL Stealth box, It's two 10's. Cant find it on their site anymore. They also make one for the front center seat. If you are lucky you can find them on ebay for a few hundred depending on the box.
