Factory front hooks. SCORE!!
A few weeks ago I lucked out and grabbed a bunch of factory skid plates and hooks for my ZJ, cheap. Yesterday I was dropping off a part for work, and noticed a small salvage yard next door, so I popped in. Got two factory recovery hooks with brackets, bolts etc for 20 bucks. I'm quite chuffed. My wife just shakes her head, as it was the high point of my day......Now to put them on. Should be interesting due the the massive grille guard that came on it when I got it. Still looking for a used front receiver hitch. Should make winching heavy equipment easier now I can safely anchor the truck to immovable objects.
Might be a bit of a long shot if you're looking for your Jeep, but I found a front tow hitch for my ram from Home Depot of all places for dirt cheap. It's held up well with winching myself and a couple others out of some bad spots. It also just bolted in, no modifications needed.

Front Hooks installed
Doggo Tax. My 8 yr old Lab. Her name is Sadie. Her hobbies include eating, sleeping, fetching sticks and riding in Da Green Machine.
Got the hooks installed. Due a slight difference in frame mount holes between years, a cutting torch was used to enlarge/relocate two holes on each bracket. But they are on. Now to built a cross brace between the two to mount a front receiver, and get rid of that crappy one installed by the PO.
The chain? Not for looks....it gets used, a lot. I have two actual wrecker recovery chains in the bed, haven't gotten around to rehanging them. Yes, they get locked, otherwise they get missing.
