Default Code p0748

Here we go again everyone!

96 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 5.9l lifted with 31s, and a while back i through a P0748 electrical A code. Isuees i was having started with my truck not going into OD.

I went ahead and just started changing everything i can think of for the most part, yep money pit dummy!!!

Speed sensors, Map sensor, overdrives switches, dropped the transpan and changed senors/selonoid/wiring 3 to 4 spring, new filter cleaned out pan really good, nice and flat/sealed up... And then put a new transmission wire harness in (46re) Filled her up with new fluid the next day with a good warm-up, shifting through the gears manually.

Checked all the wiring with a meter and its all where the harness needs to be. For some reason i can't get her to start in 1st gear when in drive now 98% of the time. Starts in 2nd gear and will kick into 3 gear smooth, then overdrive smooth, reverse is smooth, with no cluncks, clanks, and its not hitting hard at all... If i unplug the automatic transmission by tbe harness i can manually shift all the gears with no problems. 2% of the i can get the truck to start in 1st gear while in drive the way it should when im kinda on a incline after back out of the driveway into traffic coming in a hurry. (Im guessing tension) on her... My old girl actually sounds pretty good except for starting in drive thing!!! Dont know what else i could look at, and note after all repairs i still have that code P0748 a electrical.

please help and tyvm

P0748 Pressure Solenoid Control/Trans Relay Circuits
Did you clear the code before you did all the work?
