I am brand new to the Dodge Ram family and am trying to learn some of the vernacular but it seems a bit confusing to me.
Here is my new-to-me Ram. It is a 2001. Is this a quad cab, club cab or xcab? I keep seeing these terms and not sure if they are just interchangeable or if there are different versions that I am unaware of.
I am only aware of the 2 door and then the 4 door version with the two full front doors and the 1/2 suicide rear doors. Are there other versions?

Quad cab is what you have but don't confuse that with the 3rd gen quad cab. Club can and Extended Cab are the same thing and they don't have the rear door
Yep. Think "quad" for the four doors that debuted in 98. "Club" just means enough room for some friends to go to said club. But even though the quad cab started in 98, and only Dodge had it, they still produced the club cab into 2001. Extended cabs were more of a chevy moniker who also made the ridiculous 3rd door (on the wrong side) in the mid 90s.
