I've got a 2001 1500 4x4 with the 5.9L and automatic transmission that's been rolled. Is it possible to put it's motor in a 2002 1500 4x2 with the 4.7L and 5speed manual? What all is gonna need changed over and will it be worth it?

Is the '02 the old or new body style? Most were the new body style but 2500 and 3500 trucks used the older style body. With different drive trains, bodies and even frames (2 and 4 wheel drive) I'd think it would be easier to find an older truck (1999-2001) with a bed engine and just swap between them. After that, maybe swap the newer body on the older frame. Except for fixing an older truck up, there's a lot of swapping and fabrication involved.
