Default rear speakers

i have a 1996 dodge ram reg cab[[see sig]] my rear speakers arent working and i was wonderng how i can get them out to replace. Im going to replace them all but i cant figure out how to takethem out. and whats a good 6x9 speaker for them?

They are only 5.25 or 6.5"speakers. The 6x9s are up front. You have to remove the vertical panel. Should only be 2 screws, then it slides towards the front of the truck. Can't remember if the kick plate needs to come off or not. The speakers are under that panel.

As far as speakers go, are you using a factory deck? If so, don't go crazy buying a top end speaker. If you want to spend $.....Infinity Kappas are the only way to go.

i'd recommend getting an amp fo the speakers aswell, i've had aftermarket speakers in my truck for quite a while and i was never satisfied with the sound, bought an amp for them yestarday and now it sounds AMAZING, i love it, don't need subs or anything to fill in the sound anymore

yeah the kappas are the way to go they sound amazing, and i deffintaely recomend a 4 channel amp
