Default EXHAUST, Check Engine Light & CAT Questions

Alright in mid December of last yearI got my CAT gutted on my 98 Ram 1500 360,then in midFeb, my CEL came on & the code was PO420, so I erased it and it came on again in Mid March andI erased it, and yet again about three days ago each time being the same code. NowI replaced my O2 sensors in early Dec of last year so surely it can't be one of the O2 sensors again. Can the second Sensor hurt my fuel mileage since it is senseing that theCAT is not working? Because the truck runs great whether the CEL is on or off with this code.

Also if it is the CAT, can I true duel my 98 ram ifI put both sensors on the passide exhaust pipe with a universalCAT in the middle & of courseI would have a CAT on thedriver sidepipe also toeven outthe sound. would this work ?

Also is there a plug & play O2 SIM for my 98 ram? I don't want any thatI have to splice into tothewiring harness.

Here is a picI drew up of my exhaust system and the systemI was thinking of

your going to want to run an h pipe someplace in your true dual or an x pipe. You will actually lose horse power if there is no connection between the pipes.....also you'll get the horried crackling noise if you don't run an h pipe.
