Default how do i remove this panel ?

ok, i need help. it seems like it needs to slide up, but it won't move and i don't want to break it by doing something stupid. there is a catch at the bottom, and another at the top.

There might be screws under the carpet. I'm not sure though, I've never taken that panel off either.

If I remember correctly there are clips on the window side and there is one screw in the bottom underneith the black step at the bottom. You have to unscrew it, then unscrew one (I think) for this or it's underneith or something (I thought there was one at the bottom). Then if you pull the front away from the door frame a little (pops over the molding) and then use a long screwdriver to push in on the tabs in the back it should pop out. Don't force it though.

ok, here's the story.
1. unbolt seat belt at top and bottom.
2. the top seat belt anchor has a black tab for adjusting up/down. pull it straight out.
3. there is a vent looking panel in center of this B-pillar. pop it out
4. shine a light in this vent hole, look towards the rear of the truck for a metal tab. use a long flat screwdriver to go between the body and metal tab (not the plastic), twist sideways to pop it out. there is 1 in the middle, 2 at the bottom, and 3 at the top.
5. there is a plastic post at the bottom that goes in a hole in the body. it prevents you from pulling the panel up, down, or sideways. careful, don't break it.
