Default Rear Brake Problem

Ok, So I am going down the road and all of a sudden I hear this ting ting ting, type of a noise. It slows down in rythem as my speed decreses and pick back up as I increse my speed. So I pull over but can't see due to it's night time. I reach up and wiggle the exghust and notice a clamp is loss. I move that to the side and the next morning on my way to workthe noise is gone.On my way home I hear it again, Ting Ting Ting. So I clamp the exghust to eliminate that as the problem and it still does it. I decide topull the right rear wheel off and check the brakes and I notce thebracketthat keeps the bottom of the shoes spread is out of place. It whip around and got caught in the upper springs and was dangaling. So everytime i would speed up it would hit the head of my studs and that is where the ting ting ting noise came from.

Has anyone ever heard of or had this problem before?
