Open the exhaust with a cat back exhaust system and open the intake with a Fastman 50mm custom throttle body. If you're still running the factory air intake box, get rid of it for either the round air intake several members have opted for or a K&N or AIRRAID Cold Air Intake. If you're mechanically inclined, replace the stock stamped steel rocker arms with Harlan Sharp 1.7 roller rockers. They will act like an upgraded cam, yet only run you about $300 to $375 depending on where you purchase them.

You can go more expensive with an MSD ignition system (I run the MSD 6a), 8.5 mm wires, Autolite 3923 spark plugs, MSD Blaster coil, high Flow Catalytic Converter, and quality shorty headers (I run Edelbrock Ceramics, but there are other quality brands out there). The list is endless.

Good luck.

good idea to change the stock timing chain....and after you get all your bolt on mods pulleys. cam. rockers ect... get your computer flashed to get the full potential of the mods...
