ok sorry if this info is on here but i searched for a little while and couldnt find anything for my truck and engine. 99 1500 5.9, what should oil pressure be ballpark when driving. its sometimes around 40 and sometimes maybe about half way between 40 and the high mark, which is120 if i remember. sound normal or is that on the high end when its at 80 or so

 

sounds normal to me. at idle it should be around 40 or so and when you accelerate it should go somewhere between the middle mark and the high mark so around 80 or so.
