Default TIRES! LARGE! MUD! size?

Alright fellas...I need some advice. I have a Stock to the bone 1999 Dodge dakota Sport Standard Cab 2wd Manual w/15" rims. I know it might sound crazy but i would like to put the largest size mud terrain on it that i can. People have told me that the largest i can go is a 31x10.5x15 while others are telling me i will have a real problem with rubbing. Is there anyone out there that has already been through this that has some experience that i could draw from? PLEASE HELP! ps i dont know much about tires EXCEPT THAT I WANT THEM BIG!

Im not sure how big tires you could get, on my 01 ram 2x4 its 31s but if you buy these tires youll be unhappy my advise is buy a body lift or 3" suspension lift and get bigger tires cause they will look better and youll be alot happier that your money was spend on something cool lookin
