Is it bad to drive with over drive off? cause when my truck is in 4th gear... i really have no power at all. so when im driving and see a hill i always turn over drive off so it downshifts... is this bad for the truck?

No, not bad for the truck, just bad for gas mileage.
What is the rpm when it feels like there is no power?

I leave my OD off all the time because of the same problem. Like stated before It's bad for gas milage but shouldn't hurt the tranny. My truck runs at about 1300-1500 rpm at about 55-60 in OD
