Alright guys what type of OIL do you recommend? Synthetic all the way?

my motor has 170,000+ miles on it and, i run whatever crap oil i can find. as long as its lubricated it'll be fine

I run havoline 10w 30 in the motor, valvoline ATF in the tranny and royal purple in the rear end. I highly recommend the ATF and royal purple. My pickup feels and shifts so much smoother now. I ran a snythetic blend motor oil and it just made me nervous to not change it untill 7500 miles.
