Transmission problem

99 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd magnum the transmission is stuttering when you ease off the gas and ease back on it the truck wants to jump a couple of times and it will quit when you give it more gas I took it to the transmission guy and they said that the transmission was fine what could it be?
