You might want to think about getting a locker for the rear axel if you're thinking about taking it somewhere you shouldn't. Also lifting it that high is going to kill your mileage, along with the bigger tires you're going to have to get with a lift that big so that your truck doesn't look stupid, and then you'll probably have to get new rearend gears to move the big *** tires, but at least with the 2wd truck you'll only need one set of gears, so that is an advantage.
Well see one I want to lift my 2wd because I like the look of not haveing the frontend down there and ant realy worryed about the mileage and Im thinking of getting 4.56 gears. But I think once Im done then I'll like it so thats all thats matter.
if your worried about the front end being low then put in 2" front spacers...not a lift lol.....its only like $1300 cheaper lol....in my opinion, lifting a 2wd isnt worth it. but hey if you wanna, go for it.
