Default O2 sensor part #'s

Ok Napa shows a bunch of O2 sensors for a 1998 1500 4x4 5.9 vin Z but they show left or right & post cat but my Ram I believe from the manual that is available here on Dodge Forum that I have the HD 1500 because I have one O2 centered between the Y at the converter & one about 10 inches after the converter & not the 4 O2 sensors that Napa shows.

Could someone help me out & let me know what the O2 sensor part #'s are for my application?

Thanks a bunch in advance!
