Default grinding sound from front end

i just did upper and lower ball joints and u-joints on the front end of my '97 1500 4X4 5.9L anyway got it all done and back together everything tightend down and took it for a test drive and i am getting a grinding sound when i make left turns. any ideas, i was thinking maybe the ujoints are binding cause maybe i am able to turn too sharp? and i know i didnt loose a needle bearing. or could it be the wheel hub/bearing, i didnt replace either of them. thanx![&:]
