well i wouldnt reccomend keeping it that hot but check the bottom of your rad to make sure that the drain plug is tight and look for any leaks along the bottom of the rad

provided the antifreeze is not going into the oil (creating milky white oil), and provided its not leaking into the combustion chamber and evaporating out the muffler (usually creating abnormal steam beyond normal startup steam), then its got to be leaking externally. the most common place is around the water pump shaft seal. sometimes it will leak bad enough that you can see, other times a small leak will evaporate away on the hot engine and you never see it. look for a small drip behind the fan pulley after its run at temp and then shut off. this is when it builds maximum pressure, and when its possible to stick your hand in/around this area. water pumps are generally only good for 75k-120k miles. if you can't find anything you can have a pressure test performed to prove what is or isn't happening. i'm not sure what a diy pressure tester would cost. beware things like this usually get worse, so keep your coolant level full - don't allow it to overheat. on the good side, when it does get worse, it will become more obvious where its at. just keep it full of water.
