Default NEW NOISE

Well, i fixed my clicking noise by installing isolators on the spring clinches. But now i have a squeaking noise. It appears to be coming from the rear, around the driveshaft somewhere, it speeds up the faster i go, and only happens when i give it gas. It also goes away at like 30mph. Could this be the driveshaft? It kind of sounds like the squeak bad ball joints will cause. My balljoints are bad in the front left, i will change them this week, could the vibrating it causes make something like the driveshaft or something in the rear squeak?

Thanks

That's what i was thinking, but wouldn't that make a clunk when you let go of the gas? It doesn't clunk at all. I have never done a driveshaft u-joint, but can you move it around with your hand like a axle ujoint? Also, is it easy to press out?

i am not worried about replacing it, i am very mechanically inclined. But would this normally cause the truck to vibrate? I have never felt what it is like to have a bad driveshaft ujoint. Part of the shake is my front left balljoints. I have the ujoints, i will fix it tomorrow, and hopefully do the balljoints later in the week. I was just wondering if the bad driveshaft ujoints could be causing it to shake.
