Default SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!

I bought a 99 Dodge Ram 1500 in Dec. Great truck. However the other day I got some gas and it ran fine. When I left work. It started running rough and the exhaust smelled like old gas. When I get into the gas it levels out fine but when I get back to cruising speed 60-65 it runs really rough. I am no mechanic can someone point me in the right direction. I have since ran the gas out of it and put some good gas in from a well known c store. I put fuel injector cleaner in it but it is still running rough.

This truck is my baby help me get her back to good health.

Thanks

Run It for a few more days, the old gas is probably not completely out of the fuel system

The old gas is still in the system. I think most fuel injection systems return fuel to the tank, which means bad gas keeps recirculating. Take it to a parts store and let an employee hear it run. They can usually tell whether you need injector cleaner or water remover. If that sounds crazy, I work at a parts house and folks come in all the time to do that.
