Just finished buttoning everything up after installing my new KRC 210xcam...hit the key and fired right up....

Fixed....

I found a PCM for $100.00 online.... i think im just going to buy it and try it...i figure the dealer would charge almost as much for them to hook it up to a scanner and diagnose it....if the second pcm don't work then im really stumped...[/align]

I think your on the right path with the PCM. At purchase, my truckwould start outin second gear, go into third, but no OD. Dealer charged as you guessed...$100 for diag. and still didn't say a diff. PCM would fix it. Long story short, after the third PCM from the parts store, the tranny worked fine!

Could have shorted the volt reg in there at the same time.

Hope the new PCM fixes 'er!!

Thanks, good to hear that new pcm fixed your similar issues.......i was pulling my hair out all day tracing wires and swapping alternators lol...
