Default O2 sensor or TPS

I am having a problem with the truck dying after about 200 to 250 miles (all info in sig). I have to reset the PCM and then everything is fine again until the 200 or 250 mile mark. I know the PCM is relearning something butI have no CEL to tell me what it does not like. It only dies if I let off the gas and it is not all the time.

I have two theories and need to know which is more likely:
[ol][*]my o2 sensors have never been changed...just cleaned a couple of times...and I have 200,000 miles on the truck[*]the tps is shot and i need to get a new one[/ol]
I am not sure which it is or if it is either of them. ANY help would be awesome.

I guess first would clean out the TB and make sure its not dirty. Check the gasket also on it.
Are there any codes being thrown out?

I have cleaned both O2 sensors and the TPS and it still has not fixed the problem.

There are no codes being thrown because the CEL is not coming on.

I have also changed spark plugs last week to autolite 3923...the old ones were pretty bad...electrodes (the part you gap...the arm)were white and pitted.
