Actually there are guys who have completed this. They get a dakota/durango air hat, and some other goodies. I just messaged someone about this a few weeks ago infact. (username wermbang) Hope he doesn't mind me using his picture, but this is what he and many others have come up with.

Any idea why the city plow trucks dont have the plows on them while there is 1'' of snow on the roads?
