35" tires with my setup?
Hey, was wondering if I could get some input from more experienced owners. Right now im running a 3" suspension lift with 33x12.5 tires, and Im wanting to go up to 35". Heres a pic of my truck as it is now... Also its the 5.9 and its already regeared to 4.56, so im not too concerned about power, but im not wanting it to look too stuffed either, any input would be much appreciated.

Ive got a 5inch susp. lift and 35s on 15x12 and if i turn all the way they scrub . So if you can get 35s with a 3inch body you are gonna scrub when u turn or go offroading its gonna get a fender. hope this helps
I have a 3" suspension lift, and just picked up my new 35x12.50R17 Toyo Open Country M/T's. I had them test fit one becasue I wanted to see if it would rub. At full lock, I did not touch the control arm, but there was about enough space to fit a piece of paper through, maybe two sheets. I think a tire with less aggressive side walls would be fine. I'm running the offroad edition rims that have like 5" or 5.5" of backspacing.
I have 35's on 15x10s and a 3 inch suspension lift. I had to do some serious fender trimming to get them to clear. Thankfully I didn't have to trim the outer edge of my flares so most people don't even notice.
I ran 315/75r16 MTR on my 98 2wd with 3 inch coils and 3.5 inch spindles. Only thing it rubbed was the splash guard slightly. It had plenty of room for articulation. If you value your truck at all don't cut metal. Just save up and do it right!
