Any help on packing the front hub. I cant find the one time use nut, or the size to take the old one off?

 

Is your truck a 4x4? If so, the front hubs are sealed for life. If yours is apart, it may be dead. Some guys have apparently gotten split bearings back together, but they don't seem to last much longer. I just put new hubs/bearings on my 2500 4x4, and the only way to get mine apart was to split them and use new. They were about $210 from AutoZone.I don't know if 1500 hubs are cheaper.

The front hub nut on mine was 1-11/16". Again, I don't know if it's the same for 4x2 and 1500 models.
