OK guys, I have a 99 Dodge Ram Quadcab 4x4. I went to do a tuneup on it. (Got an Accel kit plugs, wires and cap/rotar for $79 from Jegs), and couldn not get the hood to open. Looks like the cable has come off the guts on the latch under the hood. I need to get this thing open . How can I release the latch mechanism to avccomplish this? Any ideas. Anyone have an IPB on this assembly?
