I took my truck into the local dodge dealer this morning, to get the bands in my tranns adjusted. While the service writer guy was writing up my truck, I asked when and if dodge was going to do anything about the dash. He looked at me with a smile on his face and said its your lucky day. He told that there dealershipout of a good faith was replacing dashes at no cost to me. And on top of that there are replacing the trim piece around the gauge cluster as well. The parts will be in a week what a day............

Man that is good what dealer did you go to? Dodge told me that I half to pay 845.00 and after i mail them the orginal copy of the bill they will send me a check for 645.00.

That was corporate that told me that because the local dealer does not want it to reflect on their warranties so they will not help you but just about all the Dodge dealers in Orlando will replace the dash for free under warranty if they are not too backed up.
