Great googley moogley I fixed it and know it is fixed. If only other things were this easy to fix. I threw on a new pulley and it still did it. I swung down the coil and replaced the entire pulley assembly and it fixed the clicking. I don't know if the spring was really that bad or just noisy but it's at least not clicking anymore. Of course, it had to be the $85 item and not the $25 item but I at least know that is exactly what was causing the noise and it's now fixed. The indicators are a little farther apart too. Now I can listen for other odd noises that spring up out of nowhere. - thanks for the tips!!

That's great news! Sorry I didn't get back to ya in time to measure the alignment. From what I've read, the springs wear out or get dirty before the bearing ever gets bad. At least now you know. Good job.
