Default lower Ball joint

Sweet my second post!!! hehe okay well I got new wrangler ST tires put on teh truck today and wanted a alignment. They wouldnt give me the alignment since they say my lower ball joints are bad....I dont know much about this and was wondering how difficult is it to replace myself.......seeing as how they want almost 800.00 to do them...

the lowers aren't nearly as hard as the uppers. you can get the ball joints for about $20 a piece.
but you have to have a special tool which you can rent from autozone or oreillys.
but 800 is about what they wanted to charge me too.

Pay attention to which press kit you borrow or purchase
because the simple kits don't have enough adapters to do a Ram.

If the lowers are bad, I can almost bet the uppers are bad as well.
