has anyone used a jet performance modull that you plug into the trucks ECU.? was wondering if i should get one for my 94 ram.

I don't think there is a tuner for obd1. Your only realoptions are a standalone, or the Mopar Performance pcm.

I didn't look on the site that you posted the link for, but from everything I have heard, read, etc. the obd1 boxes are not flashable. In order for Superchips or any other tuner to work, it has to be able to flash new maps into the pcm.
I have read where some have actually lost power with a jet chip. It's basically a piggybacksensorsignal manipulator. It's not reliable though because it always manipulates the signal the same way. Kind of"fixed" if you will.If you know anything about tuning, there may be better options out there that are programmable from a laptop. Google something like obd1 piggyback engine controller.
A true standalone would be optimum, but is very expensive and, for a daily driver, you may be down for a while learning how to program it correctly.
As far as what a Mopar pcm will do for you, I can't really say. I know there are peps on here that have run them. Maybe they will chime in.
