Default O2 sensor worn out

My understanding is that a constantly varying O2 sensor voltage indicates proper operation. This has also been my experience monitoringa sensor while driving several different vehicles.

[sm=smiley25.gif]Question: If an O2 sensor has say 150,000 miles on it and the voltage varies indicating it is working could it still need to be replaced becauseit developed an offset?

I'd replace it.
