I had a noise just like that once. Turns out, it was my fuel tank squeeking. On my truck, if you look down between the bed and the cab, you can see the forward end of the fuel tank. At the bottom of the bed down in that gap, there is a little lip that sits touching the gas tank (the lip runs the length of the front of the bed). Anyway, it looked like that lip had gotten bent somehow just a little bit, so it was actually rubbing a groove into my gas tank. Not deep or anything, but you could see where it was rubbing. I called a dealership about a new tank, and they said that a new tank was something like $400. Turns out, mine was not damaged enough to require a new one yet (the walls are pretty thick, and it had not rubbed very far through). They suggested I just lower it a little so it wouldn't rub anymore. So, I lowered the fuel tank from underneath by unscrewing the hanger just a little bit so the tank wouldn't rub on that lip/edge anymore, and that took care of the squeek noise. That was about 3 years ago, everythings been fine since.

Also, if you have hauled something lately, like rock or dirt, make sure there isn't any lodged between the bed and cab. Have had that happen too.
