so what do yall think it could be because it stop when it cold
btw can some send my the a DIY on how to change the Air Filter on 1999 Dodge RAM

If it's taking a long time to shift into overdrive (4th gear), this is normal. The computer is programmed to not shift into overdrive until the engine and tranny are warmed up.

However, this usually only happens below freezing...?
